The Holiday Hater

Ryan has an unhealthy aversion to the holidays. He despises Halloween, he hates Christmas lights, he thinks New Year's Eve is overrated. He claims the only holiday he really enjoys is Thanksgiving because it only requires eating. So imagine my surprise when the man appeased me by carving pumpkins.

Maybe he's coming around?

  1. Next thing you know I'll be wearing an argyle sweater vest, drinking egg nog and playing holiday songs on the piano while everyone gleefully sings along.

  6. Oh Ryan.. the fun is just beginning.. you are now also a part of the Colomy/Cressey/Smythe family and in case you haven't noticed.. ah... the holidays are done up big.. you can either sit back or jump in the pool.. and of course -you are your own worse enemy - those pumpkins are amazing.. see ya at Thanksgiving.. do you want a Pilgrim or a Native American hat.?. or just make turkey place cards.. using your hand print.. or a pine cone with feathers for it's tail for place cards- so many choices so little time.

  7. I love the holidays and my husband isn't near as into them as I am. I think he's gotten more into them recently though now that our daughter is older. I think he likes making things fun for her too. :)
