Fail and Pass

Last week when I went to the doctor I had to take the one hour glucose test. I certainly was surprised when I got a phone call to say my levels were elevated (a nice way to say I FAILED the test) and would have to do the three hour test on a SATURDAY. So last Saturday I had to be at the doctor office at 8:00 to get my blood drawn. I had to drink another sugary drink (this one was NASTY) and then have my blood drawn every hour for 3 hours. Yes, I was at the doctor for 3 1/2 hours. The good news? I finished this book:


Read it- so good!

The other good news? I passed the 3 hour glucose test with flying colors.
