Baby Bump- 35 Weeks

How far along: 35 weeks. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products.  Most of his basic physical development is now complete- he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight!

How big is baby: About 5 1/4 pounds and almost 18 inches long.  Honeydew melon!

Sleep: It's okay.  It is getting a tad more uncomfortable and sometimes he kicks me so hard that he wakes me up.  I hope he is not a violent newborn!
Diet/Cravings/Aversions: Nothing new!

Exercise: YOGA! I am still teaching and I am still practicing.  I love being in the heat with all those other sweaty people!  I have 13 more yoga classes to take until I meet my goal, and I think I can probably exceed that number.  I am going to continue to go until I can no longer see those toes!

Gender: BOY!!

Movement:  Yes.

Worries: Ryan went to his friends house up north this weekend and stayed the night, leaving me home alone.  I couldn't sleep all night because I convinced myself the one night Ryan was gone, I would go into early labor.  I didn't.

What I'm loving: That the election is today and I will no longer receive phone calls, watch commercials, or feel my blood boil when I read ridiculous postings on FaceBook!
Symptoms: I am feeling pretty good this week and getting more and more exciting about meeting our new man.  My mom bought me a new diaper bag just because, it is so cute and I can't wait to look like such a hip mom wearing it!

What I'm looking forward to: Finishing up the nursery.  It is painted, the crib is in, I bought a breathable bumper, and washed all the clothes.  We just need to hang a few things and organize a bookshelf.  Then of course we need a sweet baby boy to enjoy the room!

Best moment of the week:  I am trying to find a newborn photographer in the area, and I keep perusing sweet newborn pictures... they are so squishy and cute!  AND ONLY 34 DAYS LEFT!!!  (hopefully)
