Baby Bump- 33 Weeks!

Not the best picture of the bump, but look at my cute San Fran scarf!

How far along: 33 weeks. He's rapidly losing that wrinkled, alien look and his skeleton is hardening!

How big is baby: A little over 4 pounds, similar to a pineapple!

Sleep: It is getting more difficult.  It seems like a production to switch sides in the middle of the night!

Diet/Cravings/Aversions: Peanut Butter M&M's.  But can we really blame pregnancy for this one?  They are just so good!

Exercise: YOGA!  I will admit, it is getting a tad more difficult to maneuver with a big belly in my way.  When I came home from a class last week, Ryan asked me. "What exactly do you look like doing yoga at 8 months pregnant?"  I am sure I am a sight for some!  I am trying to get in 25 more classes before the babe comes!  I think I can do this!

Gender: BOY!!

Movement:  Yes. Whenever the thought passes my mind, "Oh have a felt the baby recently?" He rewards me by punching me hard.  It is nice we are so in sync.

Worries: Still don't know what I want to name the baby.  I am nervous that this baby won't take a bottle.  I have heard some stories recently about the 2nd child refusing the bottle.  This sounds pretty annoying.  I am also worried about pumping at work.  When am I going to do that?  Where am I going to do that?  What if some teenager walks in on me and sees the SHOCK of their lives??

What I'm loving: Fall days, scarves, Paul using the phrase "I sure do."  Except it is not always used in the correct manner.  For example: "Paul, we don't kick mommy when she so nicely tries to put your shoes on in the morning."  Paul: I SURE DO.

Symptoms: Not sleeping and feeling more pregnant! And I am feeling more tired.

What I'm looking forward to: FALL BREAK!  NO work at the job, but lots of work on the nursery and Paul's big boy room!!

Best moment of the week: Knowing that there are less than 50 days and baby boy #2 will be here!  I am getting excited!

  1. We can thank the SF scarf to Aunt Kascie.. I can't remember the exact sequence.. but I think we asked Elaine to check on the sprinkler drainage in our house while we were visiting Buck and Kascie.. Elaine responded by saying she would be glad to help out as long as we brought her something nice from SF.. and by something nice.. that meant.. Kascie had to pick it out. .o.k.. we know our place. Aunt Kascie.. you are now our personal shopper.. you're welcome.
